- NNNae6 days ago5.0I had a ok experience at this location only ONE employee actually helped me with what I needed And answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on how to properly secure my car I came in for a club for my kia and he demonstrated and told me how to put it on he was really nice and professional thanks 🙏🏿 As for the light skin guy with the fro mix looking guy not so much told me he didn't know and acted like he didn't want to assist me . It's ok I hope your boss sees this 👌🏿💯.

The guy that replaced my battery kept demanding where the installation kit was and telling me i definitely had it in my hand when i was never given anything. Abysmal customer service.

Everyone I talked to was nice, but I had to go to another shop to fix their mistake and it was extremely frustrating. Unclear whether it was caused by a complete lack of awareness or laziness, but either way it was entirely preventable.
