    I was in the UCITY location today to get my wife's vehicle checked because a check engine light came on. Stacey Williams was the employee I dealt with and her customer service skills were top notched. I've never had better service at any Auto Zone like she administered. I hope someone shares this review with her because she is outstanding.

    Went to get my battery checked. Was told to turn off my car. I stated that if I turn it off, it might not start back up. Battery was checked and it turned out that I need a new battery. I wasn't planning on getting the battery at the time and just wanted to leave. But my car wouldn't start. I asked if they could give me a jump, but they didn't have a jumper box. They asked did I have AAA, and I told them no. They asked another customer if he could give me a jump. I ended up getting a new battery, but they stated that they couldn't put it in for me that I would need a mechanic cause my vehicle has a fuse on it. The other customer told them that it didn't have a fuse and the customer ended up exchanging the battery for me. The customer they asked if he could give me a jump put the new battery on for me while the worker went back in the store. Poor customer service.
