  Brother bought a brand new bike from here. Was a couple hundred short but alr picked one out and they marked it sold for us, so left to get loan for rest of money…came back and they say it’s unavailable and someone else is buying…then after arguing they finally give him the bike, and say they’re gonna top fluid off in back.. got home with the bike and all fluids are completely empty(smelled burning horribly bad) and almost ruined his bike… you can’t tell me they didn’t drain the oil and stuff, it was bone dry…we checked it before was full…horrible place don’t even think about coming here

  Im giving this place a BIG 0!! I drove here from Farmington Missouri with hopes of getting my dream car. My Female Salesman was Great!! But the Jeff in finance was not helpful! He told me I'd have to have all these extras for the bank to purchase the car. Needless to say I left with no car. I did however drive to Pettus in Desoto, Missouri an that place is great they got me financed fast an without all the extras!! So what I'm trying to say is Don't go to Jeff at Jim Trenary in Union he will waste your time!!!

  Ryan was great to deal with. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy another car from Ryan.
