I understand that yall aren’t supposed to help recharge the AC but she was by herself, with my two children in the back seat literally beat red in the face. Two little kids and a mother just needing some help. And whoever works there, I don’t know their names were just extremely rude. At a certain point, “company policy” goes away and human morale kicks in. I am so absolutely disgusted with these gentleman. They should not have their jobs there. That was extremely unprofessional on their part. And they now caused me and my family (who buy parts there on the regular for our project vehicles) to never give any Autozone our business. She went down the road to the orileys and they more than gladly refilled her AC for her. You guys are grimey and reek of humility. NEVER GO TO THIS AUTOZONE
