If parts are in stock during diagnostics, you will be called and if you answer and give approval right then it will be worked on right away.
What if parts are not in stock?
If parts can be gotten in within a 24 -48 hour window, we can typically get you back into rotation with 96 hours. If it is going to be weeks before we can get parts, we will ask you to pick up if usable so you can still enjoy your unit until parts arrive in tact and correct. Then you will receive a call to schedule your appointment. Appointments are assigned based on the time it takes and the availability.
