  Excellent service and very timely response. Lucas and his team did an outstanding job replacing and repairing my RV jacks. They went above and beyond what was expected. What highly recommend this company. It was a 3 Hour drive for me one way, but I will be back when I need repairs again.

  Very disappointed with my experience here and I would not return. Here’s a shortened version of what happened: • June 2023 – Took my 2005 RV in for electrical diagnostics, removal of a small amount of silicone on the roof, and a small leak around the bedroom AC. • Was shocked at the $500+ bill. $145 to remove about 6 inches of silicone and tape it, plus $179 just to “diagnose” the solar/inverter and tell me it was set up correctly. • Left on a 3-week trip shortly after. First night out I found the inverter wiring was extremely hot even though the generator (not the inverter) was running the AC. • Contacted the shop and was told they could look at it in a couple of weeks. I was already on the road. • The AC they worked on also had screws fall out onto the bed within the first couple hundred miles. • 2024 – Bought a different (2014) RV and stopped in again after being told things would go better this time. • Asked for a solar estimate and was quoted $1,900 in parts for two 200-watt kits and $3,100 in labor. I declined and was still charged $179 just for the estimate. • Quoted $704 in parts and 16 hours of labor ($2,480) to replace one water tank — seems extremely excessive. • Charged $179 to look at a sewage smell but they misunderstood the issue (the smell was outside, not inside). • Charged another $179 just to say the entry-door catch “needs to be bent with a hammer,” but no work was actually done. • In the end they wanted $540 total for doing zero actual repairs — just writing estimates. • When I questioned it, the response at the counter was basically “we don’t care if you leave a bad review.” Overall: I felt overcharged, poorly treated, and not confident in the quality of the work. I would strongly recommend finding a shop that is upfront about pricing and stands behind what they do.

  Couldnt ask for a better RV Repair Shop. Folks are friendly and accommodating. Refrigerator went out on our RV. They were quick to get us in, worked with our extended warranty and got us back on the road quickly. Answered all our questions without hesitation. Was not condescending like another RV Repair Shop I use to use in the area.

  On Wednesday a wheel bearing failed on the axle of our dump trailer. I called 3R and they got me in for repairs right away. I told them this trailer was vital to our daily operations. The next day they contacted me with an estimate for repairs along with photos and description of what needed done. I received frequent updates on the progress and my trailer was repaired within 2 days. That’s great service ! Thank you to everyone at 3R RV for a job well done ! Craig Small Craig’s Tree Service
