    Natalie and her team were outstanding. There was a little hiccup between online booking and what was in inventory, but Logan worked it out for me seamlessly. A very accommodating team at the Troy, Missouri location!

    A vehicle for five passengers was what I needed. I was not given that. It was way too small. It also REEKED of marijuana the entire business trip. I was pulled over by law enforcement out of state for a non moving violation. Because the car smelled so badly of pot, I was asked to stand on the side of the highway while the car was searched for narcotics. My experience with Enterprise was very disappointing for a very important business trip.

    We wanted an SUV for a family vacation for a week and a half. Some of the other Nationwide rental companies may have had better deals, but we chose to go with Enterprise and specifically the Troy Missouri Enterprise because it was closest for us and it had the best reviews amongst all of the companies around us. Logan was the representative who helped us at pick up and drop off and he lived up to these reviews 100%. He was polite, professional, easy to work with and made it a smooth process.

    The staff at the Troy location were incredibly friendly and accomadating, and called to make sure I had everything I needed before and after returning the vehicle. I have used enterprise before but this was the best experience yet.
