  customer service was terrible. I asked for a headlight for my 2011 chevy truck and the guy working asked me a question real quiet i did not know what he said he continued to say “people make me feel smarter everyday” no apology nothing never coming back here ever again. suggest who is reading this to not come back either.

  People here are great. Need something they don't have it they will order it be in a day or two. Always ready to help. But wipers there they will put them on.

  I stopped in at AutoZone Auto Parts today in Troy , Mo. for a new battery for my car . Ron Rector was very helpful and had battery replaced quickly . Very knowledgeable and an asset to the store . THANKS

  New to Troy, my battery went dead at Walmart. Got my car to Auto Zone and John took it from there! Because of an injury to my spinal cord, lifting anything over 2lbs is very painful. He made sure I received my Veterans discount and then took out the old and put in the new battery. Thank you so much John for helping to get my Grandaughter back on the trick or treat trail. (;

  Hands down the best service I’ve received in years. CJ went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Passing through town I got stranded up the street and walked to the store in search of a battery, he took the time to go to my broke down vehicle to confirm the issue and even gave me a jump so I could make it back to the store. Then helped me remove and replace the battery taking the extra care to brush off my corroded terminals. I can’t put to words how much I appreciate the extra efforts I don’t know what I would have done without his help. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
