- DBDanielle BrooksJul 30, 20251.0I own a transportation company and was exploring new options for our fleet detailing, so I decided to test out Water Way in Town and Country. To get a true sense of their attention to detail, I purposely brought in my late mother’s older “beater” of a car, knowing they’re probably more accustomed to servicing much nicer vehicles in this area. I purchased “The Whole Thing,” which includes both interior and exterior cleaning. Unfortunately, the interior was clearly neglected. Surfaces like the seats, door panels, and console still had visible dirt and grime, as shown in the photos I’ve included. It honestly didn’t look like anything was wiped down. I still tipped the young men working since it’s a hot day, and I respect hard work. That said, the service did not meet expectations, especially for a premium package. This was my first and last visit.

Also want to give a shout out to Colin(I think that was his name he had very gorgeous curly hair). He came up and talked to me outside when I was struggling to figure out how to use the gas pump and we just had a lovely conversation about Waterway and himself. He also asked me if there was anything he could do to make my experience more pleasant. He truly is the prime example of customer service! He is a great young man and I hope that everyone that goes to waterway gets to meet him!
