  Wonderful service. Fast and friendly. And, most importantly for me, managed by women!! Kate, the associate manager, welcomed us with a smile. And Meg, the manager was so efficient.

  Roberto, Joe, and Jacob are literally angels!! I had a minor issue after an oil change, and upon arrival they all genuinely listened to my concerns and went above and beyond trying to find a solution for me. THEY DID! Thank you gentlemen for all your help and kindness!!!

  Lemme tell you a little story, first thing first- I do people medicine. Not car medicine. So I show up right. Ravin is on it and directs me to the shortest line, perfect. Kate came on over and told me every step of what I was getting done. When I didn’t know what all I needed, she was excellent at advising what was most urgent to least urgent. When I said I was sorry and didn’t want to hold up the line, she reassured me that the team was there to help get my car fixed up properly. Hunter helped get all the things done that…let’s be honest, I don’t do cars so idk what he did entirely. Between raven kate and hunter, my car is back up and running as it should, the light on my dash is finally gone, and they were beyond helpful with a phenomenal attitude the whole time. 10/10 will go back to them!

  Meg’s team here at the Valvoline on Watson Road is awesome!! They instantly noticed my Lyft stickers and happily told me I qualify for a 10% discount as a Lyft driver. No one has ever mentioned this to me before. I got through FAST! The whole team is super friendly. They were quick, efficient, competent, and with positive demeanors like they were happy to be there working on my car! Definitely my favorite location, and I’ve been to quite a few. I’ll be back HERE in 6 weeks (I drive 10,000 miles very often). Meg gave me her business card in case I ever needed to call ahead. She was so helpful and pleasant. Thanks Meg and team!!

  Went thru for an oil change the other day and Hunter, Dre, Joe, Carson, and everyone else working were excellent. Really took the time to make sure everything was done properly and that my vehicle was in tip top shape. Great service from them all definitely worth the stop if one of them is on the job!
