  They put an aftermarket O2 sensor on my car and the first was one was defective. The light is still on my husbands car and we brought it to another mechanic for another opinion and was told that O2 sensor doesn’t work for my car. We have been calling and they are blowing us off even though that we told them that we will work with them to get the correct part. We are now out $700.00 because they won’t work with us.

  Live in Tennessee- had a funeral in St. Louis. After driving seven hours straight, hit a small metal object n the road within sight of our hotel! Our insurance had the car towed to Tire Choice. I explained the situation to the person answering the phone and found that they were closing in about a half hour with two cars ahead of me. She was kind enough to look at the tire and tell me a jagged tear had ruined my tire and I would need a new one. As this is a brand new car, I wanted the same tire as the other ones. The funeral was at 9:30 the next morning and I was told the truck that delivered the tires would not get there in time. She the went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. She drove to the warehouse herself and picked up the tire- then mounted and balanced it- and then delivered it to my hotel! We were able to get to the funeral on time! I will always be grateful to Tire Choice for their EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARING! THANK YOU TIRE CHOICE!

  We had a tire valve go bad on one of my tires. We were 300 mi into a 500 mile trip. This was on Saturday and appeared to be the only place open that was close to where I was on Sunday I called and made an appointment on Saturday with their answering service that you can hardly understand for Sunday morning at 9:00 so we got there early hoping to get back on the road early as we still had another 300 miles to travel that day. Nobody showed up it was the daylight savings Time change so we gave him the benefit of the doubt that they forgot we waited an extra hour until about quarter after 10:00 and still nobody showed up. So now I have to wait two and a half hours and finally found another tire place that was open Firestone and they gladly took care of me. I spoke to tire choice today Monday and she said we can fix it today problem is I'm 340 mi away already had it fixed. I asked her why they're answering service was booking appointments for Sunday when nobody shows up? She told me that they're short-handed so they cut back on hours and didn't work on Sunday. Even though the door says open on Sunday and the lady took my reservation for Sunday pretty poor representation of this business. You might want to steer clear of this business seeing how they're not very conscientious and how they work and apparently don't put the effort in to make sure that they're answering service knows they are closed and not to book appointments.

  Supposed to be open on Sundays till 5PM. I just walked up to the door to confirm they have my tire on hand, because they would not answer the many phone calls I tried, and the door is locked, even tho it sounds like someone is their working on a car. Do not recommend this place for anything, if they dont value the customers time, why should you value their business.

  Tina at the Tire Center in Sunset Hills completely misled me. She said it was buy one, get one free but charged me for two tires and even replaced a good one without asking. After waiting over 3 hours, my tires weren’t balanced or aired properly. Terrible service — I deserve a refund.
