  The tech/mechanic on duty, Katya (sp?), was awesome. She was working solo on a busy Saturday, and she was swamped with customers. I found it disturbing and probably negligent of the company and her manager(s) to let her fend for herself, stopping and starting work in the shop to answer phone calls. She made the best of a difficult situation and took care of my state inspection as promised. In the waiting area, I spoke with a mother and daughter whose trip from Memphis to St. Louis was interrupted by their car shaking on the interstate—new tires were badly out of alignment. Katya took the initiative and booked them to get them back in the road safely. I give her 5 stars and Tire Choice 2 stars. Workers are the backbone of all businesses. They should be treated well and paid fairly by their employers. This did not appear to be the case during my service visit. Shame on Tire Choice. Kudos to Katya.

  They put an aftermarket O2 sensor on my car and the first was one was defective. The light is still on my husbands car and we brought it to another mechanic for another opinion and was told that O2 sensor doesn’t work for my car. We have been calling and they are blowing us off even though that we told them that we will work with them to get the correct part. We are now out $700.00 because they won’t work with us.

  Live in Tennessee- had a funeral in St. Louis. After driving seven hours straight, hit a small metal object n the road within sight of our hotel! Our insurance had the car towed to Tire Choice. I explained the situation to the person answering the phone and found that they were closing in about a half hour with two cars ahead of me. She was kind enough to look at the tire and tell me a jagged tear had ruined my tire and I would need a new one. As this is a brand new car, I wanted the same tire as the other ones. The funeral was at 9:30 the next morning and I was told the truck that delivered the tires would not get there in time. She the went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. She drove to the warehouse herself and picked up the tire- then mounted and balanced it- and then delivered it to my hotel! We were able to get to the funeral on time! I will always be grateful to Tire Choice for their EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARING! THANK YOU TIRE CHOICE!
