  I’ve been using Dorsett rd dobbs for my business vehicles since 1993, 33 years now at least! and I also started using the sunset dobbs for my personal and one work vehicles some years ago They are always professional friendly they know their shit and get it done. Thanks Dobbs Brian Politte

  They kept trying to up sell me 2 tires, didnt give me the proper warranty information and honestly was very pushy when I told them no and explained why... maybe dont treat your customers like an idiot. Tires were placed on and car works great that's why they got 2 stars

  I’ve been going to Dobbs Tire for auto and tire service for a few years and have always gotten great service prices. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs.

  If I could give a negative star I would. First time customer, planning to be a recurring customer came in today at 9:45am for my 10am appt for emissions test. Simple enough. Expect a little wait. 2 hours later, after I've watched 3 people come in behind me, one of which they had to order a part for and that STILL was done before my emissions, I ask about my car and THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT! I'm sorry, but if this is how a business is ran, man...why even offer appointments?? 12:45pm I get my car and ask why it took so long and he blames it on the store manager John, really? I planned on coming back to buy tires which is not a cheap purchase but I will never return

  Great guys at Sunset Hills Dobbs. I stopped by the other night as the Manager John was walking out the door. I had a light on in my jeep but didn’t want to keep anyone late. John put his stuff down and checked the light for me out of concern it could be a big deal. It wasn’t, it was just a stuck thermostat. Regardless, I left my jeep for the next day and they took care of it. I was really appreciative that John and his son who also worked there, waited with me and my daughter while we waited for a ride. I used to go to another Dobbs, this is my new Dobbs. Thanks for helping out when you could’ve have just had me drop it off and leave.
