  The guys at Dobbs Sunset Hills were very friendly and helpful. I needed inspections performed in order to get my car properly titled. They were able to quickly take care of our car the same day. Excellent and efficient service!

  Mechanic dug thru my glove box, console, and trunk and left everything -, particularly items in my trunk, in a mess! Supposedly looking for the wheel lock key (for tire rotation) even tho those were in plain site in a container in the middle of the trunk. I even pointed that out to the attendant when I checked in and he wrote that on the work order.

  I was in for an inspection. I choose Dobbs because when we helped our daughter navigate getting tires there was no upsell or pressure. When I called to see if my car passed inspection, I was told I needed a $900 dollar repair and windshield wipers. I put my husband in the phone and he was told more clearly that the $900 repair wasn't needed just yet, but that there was a tear in the wiper and that would be $50. I said I would bring the set I had at home but was told I would have to bring it back in for reinspection. I was then asked what price would it take for me to get the wipers, but I stick with I would bringing the car back in. When I picked up the car, everything has passed, no wiper needed. Upon checking the wipers there was a micro treat in one corner. Not my way of doing business. Are the guys at the desk in a commission? The repair that is needed within the next year will be taken elsewhere.

  The service o received was outstanding! This was from the store Manager Mr.Werner to the tech that service my vehicle. I have used Dobbs in the past but this was my first experience with Sunset Hills location. I will be using this as my primary service location after the way I was treated today. Keep up the great service!

  Gentlemen at the front of the store were just that, gentlement. Kind, accomodating, well versed in the point of sale systems. Technician who worked on my car was genius level with his tools. Alligned my car completely in about 15minutes. Thats what Dobbs does. Employs consumate professionals. Will be back for many more repairs. Faith restored. Not the same place as it was 20 yrs ago. Car now drives wonderfully!
