I have no problems with the store itself, although we usually don't go inside unless we need to use the restroom. The main issues we have with his Flying J is their gas pumps. We never know when they will be working, or if they will let us pay at the pump with our credit card. Now, since they "upgraded" their pumps, there is no way to enter the rewards number to save the 10 cents/gal using the Flying J App. The only way to enter the rewards number is to use a card, which you don't have when you use the App.

Isn't swiping your credit card at the pump prepaying? Completely wasted my time stopping here, then dealing with rude workers sealed the deal.
