I love this place! I take showers here frequently as a non trucker, and they've recognized me as a regular. Natisha and others have been so kind, kind enough to give out showers to me, saving me money. The showers are clean, some of them have trouble keeping the water warm though (especially shower 3). I will continue going here for my showers until further notice!

Huge showers. Clean enough just needs some more thorough wiping and sweeping. Great water pressure but it gets flooded (shower 3). Hope they get that fixed.

Came to take a shower just for the water to be cold and they had the air conditioner on in the bathrooms on top of it being cold outside. Sounds to me that they are trying to make people get sick.
On top of that when I bought two pieces of pizza, they were dried out, cold and not the best.
Do better!

I'm not sure if her name was Tonya, Sonya, or something similar as she was too busy screaming to understand what she said, but she shouldn't be in the customer service industry acting like that. At 12:58 she comes aggressively beating on our door and screaming claiming we are parked in the drive way for the fuel island (we were parked in the blue circle. When we arrived there was 3 spots open and we took one. After we parked a box truck came up and parked in the middle of the two remaining spots. She claimed we were in the way of her fuel driver (who was already at the fuel drop in orange). There was no sinage, cones, ropes etc to indicate this was a drive and not parking as the entire parking lot was covered in ice and snow and not plowed. She continued yelling "I'm not staying out here all night!!!" As we were trying to get dressed (I mean I guess she expected us to sleep with jeans on or something idk) I got dressed first and went to the window. As soon as there was a millimeter of opening in the window she began yelling at me stating it was the fuel truck drive and we had to move (yet she didn't have the box truck move that was taking up more space as they were parked in 2 spots.) Anywho I informed her we never come this way and it was an off route (as she INSISTED "YOU KNOW BETTER!! COME ON!!" Like no we didn't because we don't come here 🤡) but I informed her we paid for prime parking and all their spots were full (which means she could go take her pleasant self and figure out who wasn't supposed to be there and make them move so we could have our paid for spot) but was told to park in the purple circle where a truck with a camper was parked. So I called to ask if's he would move the person from the prime parking and to ask why she made us move but not the box truck, and because I wasn't as happy as buddy the elf on Christmas with a lifetime supply of syrup, she hung up after a whopping 5 seconds of me saying "I'm the truck you just had move, is there a reason you didn't make the box truck move?" And she started screaming again (hopefully y'all's insurance covers therapy and anger management because she could really use it - just my opinion after my experience with her) "YOU CANT CALL IN AND TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!!!" And hung up. I didn't even have an attitude the only emotion I really had was confusion and half awake-ness. She is the rudest employee we have experienced in our 24 years on the road and we will never be back.
Edit: her name is Amanda. I called back on my number and she refused to answer the phone after hanging up so I called from my husbands phone and the undelightful queen herself answered.
Edit #2: we spoke to the GM this morning and he was very apologetic and was very helpful (and super nice) so I won't hold it against the store because I get every orchard has a bad apple and we just so happened to get the rotten one last night
