Both my previous truck and my new one have been worked on by this location at one point or another. The work they’ve done was quick and always solved my issues. I did recently experience an excessively high bill after some small repairs, but after disputing the charges, both our company Peterbilt rep and the Service manager reached out to me and were very professional and courteous. They acknowledged understanding of my situation, explained what had happened and were able to get my issues resolved. On every occasion I’ve found that the people working here are friendly and professional. They have treated me with respect and understanding and worked with me to get any issues resolved.
