  I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous the team at the St. Robert Valvoline is. I recently came in for an oil change, air filter replacement, and a fuel additive service. A few days later, I started having trouble starting my car and thought it might be related to the fuel additive. I stopped by (in my wife’s car) to ask about it, and Devin and Ethan went above and beyond—offering to come to my home after their shift since I couldn’t drive my vehicle. They took the time to diagnose the issue and ultimately got it resolved. Their willingness to go out of their way to help someone with limited car knowledge truly stood out. This is a dedicated, customer-focused team, and I highly recommend them. 10/10

  I will say the service representative at the store. Her name happens to be Ashley was very very helpful. Each experience is different and I just wanted to share that the reason I feel a little upset is because the oil change and the service even though it was fast and good was a little expensive but the one thing which really upset me was my cabin filter they did not have And they ordered from a local supplier. They told me it would be in the next day. The original date ofservice was on Wednesday. They said it would be in Thursday morning, but I had some issues and did not come to get it until Friday morning when I arrived at around eight in the morning, Friday it wasn’t there and I was told that by the manager that when it arrived, they would give me a call I had to Take care of some business out of town and did not return until around 2 o’clock in the evening Friday and the filter still wasn’t in. After calling the auto shop and waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes, It was finally installed. I asked the manager about a refund for the filter because the filter was twice as much as I could have ordered it off-line myself and installation was no more Than turning a couple of wing nuts I was told unfortunately, I was not able to get a refund Totally disappointed with the store.
