- SWShawn Wilson6 days ago5.0Kudo's to Blainey #606 at 3000 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. for helping me out when my QT card would not work and the pump would not activate. She called the QT Office in Maryland Heights to see if the card was still activated, then reset the pump for me and it worked. Blainey then wrote down the information to get a new card sent to me if the problem persisted in the future. Blainey is a great asset to the QT family and should be recognized for her excellence and super friendly demeanor. Shawn Wilson
