Today, I'm leaving town at noon and realized I was due for an oil change. I popped in around 8:30 am (no line), and was back on the road by 8:45. Big thanks to the Valvoline Crew who keep my car running smoothly.

The gentleman who seemed to be the floor manager on duty was really nice about it and kept apologizing profusely, but he told the shift manager taking over for him to please offer me a discount for waiting if I didn't have a coupon code. When the girl who took over for him went to bill me out, she did not even ask if I had a coupon, nor did she offer me 10% off like he had asked her to. Won't go back.
