  They were fast, efficient, and have always done quality work every time.The price is always cheaper than competitors with all kinds of installation options.The staff was also super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been using Safelite for years and have never had any problems! I would definitely recommend using this company!

  Jack was ve6 professional and did a great job. I didn't realize all that replacing a windshield involved these days. I would recommend Safelight to anyone needing windshield replacement or repair. I thought that the price was good also. Did not go through insurance and only paid a few dollars more than my deductible would have been.

  Safelite replaced the windshield on my Toyota Corolla on April 25. I am left with several deep scratches on the A-pillar along the driver’s side. The technician was apologetic and applied a rubbing compound to improve the appearance, but I would be very hesitant to return or bring a nicer vehicle here. In the future, I will likely pay more and go out-of-network for a glass repair. I’ve included a photo of a chip on the new windscreen.

  I had a large windshield crack and scheduled an appointment easily over the phone. I went to the Town and Square location in-person in St. Louis for the repair, and the staff was very friendly and professional. They repaired and recalibrated my windshield’s safety features in about 90 minutes, faster than the estimated wait time. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service.

  I originally had Gave a 5 star Because the Agent that came out was Professional, but two Days later when I went to get my inspection they said my windshield wipers were old and it wouldn’t pass. When I contacted safeauto the supervisor and asked why wasn’t they changed when that’s the bundle I selected, He said he told the agent that came out to Remove the wipers off my Bundle, Because they thought I was trying to get the Bundle down after stating that my Price should go down since I wouldn’t be paying in installments. The Agent pretended that they had took the payment plan price off when really that took my wipers off and didn’t communicate any of this with Me. But he was already done with my car so was he ever gonna put the wipers on to Begin with. I just don’t know how a Supervisor can make such a call for you and don’t communicate that. Told me something opposite. Never again
