They spilled oil during the service, and just yesterday my “check oil level” light came on — something that has never happened to me before. That alone tells me the job was not done properly. The assistant manager, Russ, was very polite and helpful when I addressed the issue. I truly appreciate his professionalism and customer service. However, the employee Jessica was extremely unprofessional and had a bad attitude. Instead of taking responsibility, she tried to make excuses for the oil spill, saying that the oil opening in my car is small, so the person who changed it had the right to spill it and not fill it to the proper level. That explanation was honestly shocking. Spilling oil and not filling it correctly should never be considered acceptable. Customers are paying for a service and deserve respect and quality work. Please retrain your employees — especially when it comes to professionalism and attitude. When working with the public, you cannot bring a bad attitude to the workplace. Very disappointed.
