- DBDado Brkovic2 days ago1.0I have been coming to this location for over four years, but the service over the last week has been completely unacceptable. I had four of my vehicles serviced here last week, and every single visit resulted in poor service. Today, I came in with 2 of my fleet vehicles for a full synthetic oil change and to have my tires aired up. I was not greeted, was not given direction on which bay to pull into, and when I tried to explain what I needed, the staff acted confused and asked what I was talking about. After clearly explaining my request, I was completely ignored. On my previous visit with my Escalade, oil was spilled all over the engine bay and exhaust manifold. Since then, the vehicle has had a strong, burning oil smell while driving, which clearly shows carelessness and lack of professionalism. The staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and unknowledgeable. This location has gone downhill significantly, and unfortunately, they have now lost both my fleet business and my personal vehicles. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

He let go of the tire pressure air hose causing it to fling back to the bay (those can cause dents, scratches, and even bust headlights if they hit them right). - Walked up to the bay doors, looked at both cars and walked away. His face says he doesn’t want to be there, I do not see a reason for why is he. I’ve been in this industry for a while and would be incredibly disappointed if this is how my staff acted when I wasn’t there.

The team gave much negative attitudes. Maybe this is a new staff, no thank you have a nice day because I didn’t spend money, but always has. Smh
