Within minutes he’d tracked down the source of the smell, explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand, and had it fixed before I’d even finished pacing the waiting area. What really stood out was how calm and reassuring he was. When you’re hundreds of miles from home and stressed about your car, that matters more than anything. Thanks to Scott, I was back on the road quickly and safely—and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch. If every place had a Scott, road trips would be a whole lot less stressful.
