I hope the company recognizes or compensates them for working so hard. There were 7 cars ahead of me & was in and out in a little over an hour, every car waiting was made aware of longer than usual wait times. The employees at this location are really carrying this store!

Car instantly felt off when I left..surged a few times and also noticed headlamp tha the replaced was not a correct bulb. Next morning engine light was on so took to auto zone and it was throwing out a code for a mass air flow sensor. It was noticed then that the guy from Valvoline checked my air filter but did not put the cover back on. Had to take the car to the dealership to get the bulb replaced correctly. When I called their customer service I was told I could not take it to anyone else to be looked at first or else I couldn’t file a claim with them..I didn’t trust them touching my car so I just had to take the loss. I will not be going back there and I recommend you pay close attention to your vehicles if you do.

I’m so thankful to get my oil changed before the storm and before the roads got bad and it was so FAST! They offered some extra services and were kind when I said no thank you or maybe next time. I love that they showed me the air filter. I would recommend going to this location to all of my friends and family and there are always coupons online. I had a full synthetic oil change for a Buick GMC at the Telegraph Valvoline. Great value!!
