Keith showed up and it was absolutely horrendous. You know when you can tell someone is terrible just by the phone call heads up you get for them to let you know they’re on their way? Well that is Keith you could tell he was unprofessional and off just by the phone call. I let it go. Then he shows up is on a personal phone call and only puts his call on hold to tell me he’s going to get started. Before I’m even inside he’s already back in his personal phone call. Then he proceeds to crack the entire windshield when I’ve seen worse repaired. Go figure. Sets his tools on the hood of the car. Guy has no business being employed. Never using this company again.

Alexander from Safelite was absolutely top notch. He was prompt, communicated clearly from start to finish, and did an outstanding job on my car—honestly leaving it better than when he arrived. He not only fixed issues caused by a previous installer, but also went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the windows and even wiping down and vacuuming the interior. Alexander was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took extra time to recommend helpful products and resources for my son’s Jeep, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely goes the extra mile, and Alexander did exactly that. I would recommend him without hesitation and give him as many stars as possible. Safelite is lucky to have him!

My windshield had a large crack, and I needed to have it replaced. My insurance company directed me to use Safelite. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I liked that their location was conveniently next to a Denny’s. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until the technician told me they were unable to recalibrate the windshield—despite trying seven times. He explained that my vehicle had known recalibration issues and advised me to take it to a dealer. I later learned that the real problem was the aftermarket Fuyao windshield, which can sometimes have inconsistencies in the critical camera zone. If Safelite was aware of the known issues with my specific vehicle, why didn’t they install OEM Mopar glass from the beginning? Safelite eventually emailed me, stating that I needed to schedule recalibration with a qualified specialist for my advanced safety features. I then spent hours dealing with my insurance company, locating a qualified specialist, and having the recalibration performed at ADAS Solutions. I’m sure Safelite works well for most vehicles; however, that was not the case for mine.

I didn't have to lift a finger... I booked online (via my insurance referral), they kept in contact with me beforehand so I knew what to expect, my tech Alex was on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, left my car dash cleaner than it was before, and gave me instructions on what to do afterwards. I would highly recommend these guys!

I would give - stars but not possible. I had an appointment scheduled for them to come to my home yesterday 1/5/26 between 12 and 5 pm. At 430 they called and said it would be about 545 when they could get to my house and if I wanted to reschedule it I could. I have a very packed schedule and I said no I would make 545 work. I received a text at 506 saying the tech was on his way. Then at 522 the tech called me and asked if I had canceled my appointment because it was no longer on his phone. I told him no I didn't cancel it. He then called me back at 530 telling me someone in the office canceled it and didn't tell him or me. When I called 1/6/26 received no apology and no effort to provide service at a time I could be home again, considering that I HAD an appointment scheduled for the previous day that was ignored by the company you would think customer service would push to get my car done quickly but NOPE, nothing. Not using them ever again, shame because I have never used anyone else previously.
