Extremely unprofessional. Ill use a smaller local installer next time. Update: after getting vehicle back there was scraps inside and damage that they tried to hide with sealant and scratched paint in several spots. Then offered to clean it and set all the supplies on the jeep..... this is insane. $90k vehicle treated like this.

In May of 2025 we got a windshield replaced and it was extremely overpriced. Then in June of 2025 we had them fix a chip in our windshield. The service was terrible. They made the chip a lot bigger than it was to begin with and then fixed it (it looked horrible). Once again, very overpriced! They seemed very understaffed and everyone was unprofessional. We will never use any Satellite location again.

I haven’t got the name of the technician that fixed my glass window though. But he did a good job of fixing it and also cleaning the glass debris that were hard to reach.
