- PTPolykinetics Tempo TrainingSep 9, 20251.0Went into this location tonight (close to midnight) and the female cashier acted as if we, the customers, were bothering her with our order as she made us wait until she was done with her task to ring us out. We overlooked that but then, when I answered her question, she pretended not to hear me and when I advised her I answered her she told me she wasn’t listening but continued to engage in instigating talk towards me as I was leaving. Wow. Please do better when hiring those who represent your company and who are supposed to be taking care of the customers who take care of the company. Her behavior was ridiculously childish and immature. Absolutely in desperate need of basic customer service like super basic!

I set it on the counter (like I always do), and the employee a never seen her before, wore a heart necklace—refused to continue until I “did it properly.” Said, “That is not how you hand somebody money.” Didn’t realize I needed formal training in money-handling etiquette. Every other worker here has been normal. This was just weirdly hostile and unnecessary. Maybe chill next time.
- LWLondon WilliamsJun 9, 20251.0this qt is the worst one yet. i went to one qt to use my free pizza coupon and i walked into the store and there was no pizza! so then i went to the other qt to use and it and i looked at the pizza warmer and there was still no pizza!! i hope they get this fixed cause i am so freaking hungry. qt pizza is bad. don’t come if you want your day ruined!
