- KKKam KApr 2, 20261.0soda machine broke & has no ice but i was able to get some by walking to the other side but the soda was flat im assuming bc there’s no ice. Anyways I get in line and theres three of us in line and the cashier looked at all of us and proceeds to let a man cut all of us in line and say nothing. When someone mentions it he ignores him. Mind you theres three other people behind the counter and nobody seems to care that we’ve been waiting for almost 5 mins. while the tall lightskin girl talks and talks and the brownskin little boy with the face mask clearly needs something else to do.
- DMD MMar 21, 20261.0I don’t even know where to start with QuikTrip… but this location is hands down one of the worst I’ve experienced. Every single time I stop by, the store looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. The floors are sticky, trash is overflowing, and the parking lot? Absolutely disgusting—litter everywhere, like nobody even bothers to maintain it. It honestly feels neglected from the outside all the way in. The employees don’t make it any better either. Standing around, barely acknowledging customers, acting like helping you is an inconvenience. Zero professionalism, zero urgency, just poor attitudes all around. And let’s talk about the slushy machines… why are they NEVER ready? Either they’re “down,” empty, or just not frozen. What’s the point of having them if they’re never usable? Now the bathrooms… completely unacceptable. Filthy, wet floors with paper towels scattered everywhere, no paper towels stocked half the time, and water just sitting on the floor like it’s normal. It’s unsanitary and honestly embarrassing. And as for the kitchen—do yourself a favor and DON’T eat anything from there. If the front and bathrooms look like this, I don’t even want to imagine what’s going on behind the scenes. This location seriously needs a full overhaul—from management to cleanliness to customer service. Until then, I’ll be taking my business somewhere that actually respects their customers.
