I declined getting help resetting my oil light thinking I could figure it out but embarrassingly had to go back. Jared was able to not only get it reset for me but showed me how to do it for the future. Super friendly and helpful staff at this location!

As I pull in, there was a car waiting in back of another car in bay 3, So I drove passed that car and parked in back of a car that was being worked on in bay 1. This guy Jared sees me park then starts pointing at the other car that was in back of car in bay 3 to move to where I was and was pointing to me to back up.. so I do.. This guy Jared comes up to me aggressively and goes what are you here for.. so I was like an oil change?? For some reason he just screams at me and points to the road and says get outta here! So I went to another Valvoline in St. Peters .They were very professional and welcoming. That’ll be the last time I’d bring my car to St. Charles Valvoline! 2/18/26
- EBErin BeckemeierFeb 9, 20261.0Do not go here. They did not reassemble my vehicle correctly after my oil change and a part of my undercarriage has been dragging on the ground. When I went back for them to remedy it they told me I could wait an hour and a half in line and that I should have noticed that it was dragging on the ground sooner when they didn't have a wait. Somehow it's my fault for not noticing their mistake sooner and so I am out of luck. Not to mention the whole area surrounding this location smells like pot. I'm not sure if the employees are getting high on their breaks or what.
