- SHSydney H.Oct 31, 20253.0I come to this location often for oil changes and the employees have always been polite, professional, and never condescending, all of which has kept me coming back. Not so today. The male employee taking my information took it upon himself to reach his grease-covered hands inside my clean cab, all up in my space, without asking me for permission and certainly without me asking him for help, to turn on my lights when I took one second too long to find the dial. He kept his hands inside my truck to work the turn signals and brights, even though a drunken monkey (or even (*gasp*) a youngish woman!!) would know how to do that. When I was told to pop the hood he immediately reached his hand back in my cab and down by my legs to do it himself, again without asking. I had recovered from the surprise by that point and did it myself before he could. No other Valvoline employee at my many previous visits has ever stuck their hands in my cab without asking for permission. I’m safely assuming that Mr. Reachy Hands wouldn’t have done any of that to a man. Shout out to the employee who actually did my oil change for being professional, kind, and efficient, but it’s going to be a while before I come to this location for anything again, and when I do my window will be at half-mast instead of completely open. 3 stars because every other employee I’ve encountered there has been great, and evidently learned as preschoolers how to keep their hands to themselves.

Hmm when you pay $85 for an oil change isn't that their job? I have never had a problem at this location. They always reset it for me. "I'm going to teach you how". If i wanted to know how I would do it myself and not pay you. Go watch football and let someone else run the location.
