- KKKathy Kelley6 days ago1.0I had my oil changed at this shop for my leased 2023 Jeep Compass at the end of October 2025. Shortly after, on December 31, 2025, I discovered my car was leaking oil. When I returned to the shop, I spoke with Mike and Jared, who informed me that the oil filter was leaking because I had supposedly failed to get my oil changed within three months and needed to schedule another service. I clarified that my dealership recommends an oil change every six months. However, they insisted that dealerships use different oil filters and claimed that their advice was aimed at ensuring the car breaks down, so they can charge for repairs. This experience was not only frustrating due to the poor customer service by Mike and Jared, also concerning because of the inaccurate and misleading mechanical information provided. It felt as though they were more focused on selling unnecessary services rather than addressing my legitimate concerns. I cannot recommend this shop based on this experience. I will NOT ever use a Valvoline again.

Three people take a look for a few minutes and they tell me it's just because it's working the oil through. Turns out they left the air intake hose off and it was misfiring 👍 not to mention they treated me like an idiot because my coolant was low, but failed to tell me there was a leak. Which was visibly obvious when the dude at the auto parts store pointed it out. Never coming back

Cabin filter, I know I heard him say 15.99 for a cabin air filter. I’m about to pay, when I questioned the amount. 59.99 for a cabin filter!!!! All the tech man said was I’m sorry. I could have bought a cabin filter for my kids 2012 car from Auto zone for about $20. I will never buy any extras at Valvoline. If you need any, you may want to compare the price at a AutoZone and don’t buy from Valvoline.

Double checking, triple checking their work, making sure everything is communicated properly and not trying to upsell me on anything!! Normally I would do my own oil changes at home, but today I wanted to just get it done. I think I'll be using this location for all my oil changes moving forward. Thanks for making it an awesome experience!
