- DNDave NewkirkDec 31, 20251.0The little boys club of clerks tonight on NYE are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Do they think people cant hear them talking badly about customers? Mocking frustrated customers is a bad look. There are no customers in line, I walk up to an open register, im asked to go to a different register after the man training him leads him to the register im standing at. Im visibly a little frustrated and move my items over to the register the trainee is standing at. The trainer begins learing at me as if I just jumped across the counter and assaulted someone. I make my purchase and walk away... as Im walking away, Im hearing them mock what Im wearing and the company I work for. How is this appropriate customer service? This is NOT the first or second time I've had bad customer service from the specific QT. I'd like to be able to rely on this QT to provide unwavering customer service but so far Im getting unwavering unsolicited comments. Very upsetting.
