  Easy, clean, and concise. Customer service, check. Easy to work with, check. Didn't try to upsell me any bs, check. Will be back next time I need an inspection. I appreciate the staff here. They were normal humans. People you can talk to etc. 👍 heard other customers experiences while waiting...same as mine. I would recommend this business 100%, based on my exp and the others I watched from the sidelines. Zero complaints. Cheers.

  Was very pleased that they got me in for a tire rotation and balancing right away, however 2 of my 4 wheels suffered cosmetic damage during the process. I am very particular about my vehicle and the damage was unacceptable. The manager says I will be refunded for my service in a couple of days. We will see if it processes. If not they will receive the bill for the refinishing of both wheels. Overall disappointed because they took such good care when they originally mounted and balanced the brand new wheels and tires. Was not expecting this to happen. The balancing seems good however and they did in fact get the tires rotated which is not as easy of a task on 2500 Diesel Truck.

  I actually want to thank this shop for refusing service — it ended up saving me almost $450. I came in for a repair, and after inspection they quoted me $730. They claimed the issue was significant, but also admitted the belt hadn’t been installed properly before, which led to pulley damage. Despite that, they refused to fix the problem. They even put my car on the lift, then brought it back down and told me the manager denied the service. I went to another shop, and they completed the same repair with no issues for $250. The car is now running perfectly fine. So in the end, their refusal worked in my favor — I saved a lot of money and got the job done right elsewhere.

  Charged $90 in labor for what was basically less than 30-minute serpentine belt job, plus an overpriced part. On top of that, the lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive when I asked questions. Not a great experience.

  My appointment was for a State Inspection, Emissions and LOF. After doing the State Inspection and Emissions test I was told I would need rear brakes and I had an oil leak but would not be needed to pass inspection. Gave me 2 different quotes on each job but never done the LOF.
