  This was my second visit. Both times I felt welcome and they were super nice. I had a nail in one of my tires and they quickly fixed me up.

  Great service. Had a bubble on side of my EV tire and it was a special order but they got a new one super quick and took care of me. Amazing front desk people and great techs too. Thanks!

  Although I made an appointment, my car could not be serviced until an hour later. I guess I need to call in advance to confirm. I was there for an oil change, but I wish that the technician had observed the tire light on my dashboard and checked the pressure. But I will know in the future to mention it.

  I had a tire that with a screw in it repaired. Upon picking my tire up the total was $49.88. So I asked the lady what did they do. She was nasty in saying they repaired it, while giving me a nasty look. I go on to advise her I saw how she looked at me and I can ask questions about my money being spent. It was only then that she explained the repair. Then I asked about a warranty. Again, she was nasty in saying, only if it leak in the area repaired. I could have purchased a new tire from Walmart for a few more bucks. I hate spending money where it's not respected. I personally wouldn't use their service again. Edit: I took my vehicle back after I noticed I got charged for TPMS STEM KIT, that was not replaced. I also noticed that my tire had a plug versus the patch I was charged. The manager stated that, they plugged the top and patched the inside. I reminded her of her nasty attitude when I asked the first time. She offered to replace the missing piece I was charged for. At this point, I don't trust them. I ask for a refund for the service I didn't get. She did without giving me a receipt stating that it will show up in 7 to 10 business days. They been getting over on people. Check your vehicles to ensure you are getting what you paid for. There's no telling how many other people they charged for service that they didn't do. Glad I caught it. Hopefully there won't be any problems with my refund.

  After spending a horrendous couple of days in a state almost 9 hours away from home and going to 3 other tire shops to attempt to get my tire balanced, I finally found this shop. And I literally thanked God for the blessings I received there today. Without going into a lot of detail, I will say that the receptionist and the mechanic helped renew my belief that there are still caring people in this world. Their kindness meant more to me than they could ever truly know.
