Although they didn't have the particular part for my car, the gentleman explained why & also let me know how my car could be fixed without having to get the new part. Which is exactly what I had done on my car. It all worked out in the end, which is great. I appreciated his honesty & that although as a women I was NOT made to feel dumb, because I may not not know about cars in general. THANKS!
