I opted for an exterior-only wash, which cost about $ 20, which seemed absurd for a car wash but was fine. The associate was shivering, so I asked her why she was outside. She then said, "Tell that to my manager." I went through the wash (which was very short and mediocre), and there was a sheet of ice all over my car after the blowers had finished. The manager refused to dry it because I don't have the best membership for $75 that includes a dry off he then pointed me towards a bucket full of dirty, frozen towels and said I was free to use those. Overall, I was disappointed in the management and the pricing for such a basic car wash.
