I was told the general manager Doug would reach out in a couple days. It took him a week and the excuse was that he just got the info that day. He also told me he wasn’t sent the pictures that were taken. I had to tell him the manager took the pictures. Then it took him another week just to call me and say it wasn’t their fault and that I had to get it fixed myself. Terrible customer service and response times. DO NOT GO HERE!

Just basic things missing, inside windshield, sides of doors, just didn't look much cleaner than when I brought it in. Outside wash was great.
