Two things I didn't like was my appointment was at 3PM and they didn't start working on it until 3:50PM. Also the tech when putting on the tire they fixed leaned the spare on the back of my vehicle and when he let the jack down it got caught under the bumper. Then he just pulled it out without jacking the car back up. It left a scuff but it's not like I don't have any other scuffs so I didn't say anything. All that said everyone was super nice and I would trade the extra scuff on my bumper to have a place get to my tire on a Sunday. I live close to Springfield and I'm really glad I didn't have to drive down I44 on a spare (donut) tire.

Went to a couple other shops before and they were SO rude and condescending. But Tire Choice got me in and out incredibly fast and at a great price. A specific shout out to Cassie (front desk) bc she was unbelievably kind, understanding, and informative!
