After speaking with the service manager I was told that he trusts the word of his tech over mine. He refused to apologize and admit that there could have been a mix up. I am certain that the tires were not rotated as I marked them before the service. The exact same thing happening to me at this dealership the year prior. This is just plain fraud. If they are willing to lie about something basic like this and cover for their techs, then I can not trust them with my car/safety of my family ever again. So much for the 'worry-free ownership experience' Genesis promised...
