As soon as I got to the Lobby, I got a text from my sister, who stayed in the car, that I needed to get back to my car and HURRY. As I got closer to the car, I could see my sister and another person standing at the rear of the car. The other person was holding a luggage cart. The luggage cart dented the liftgate and rear bumper. We exchanged insurance information. When I got home, I made an appointment for an estimate. I received the payment from the insurance company and scheduled the work. The work was completed quickly. The dent in the liftgate was gone, and the paint was blended in perfectly. The bumper looks new again, and the cameras all work like they should. The car was cleaned. The windshield was the cleanest it’s been since I bought the car. No more crumbs and coffee stains on the console or nail polish on the steering wheel. Looks good inside and out. Great job.
