Called for help and they could not give me a reason why it was unavailable and there were no reservations. Too unreliable especially during December... It's too cold for these not to be working

- DTD ThomasMay 1, 20213.0Did not work with 2 different apps or credit card. When I tried to report over phone or through app failed to get ahold of anyone. Updated, did manage to get it to work the next day. Had to use the evgo app and do everything entirely through there. It's been upped to three stars because it really should be easier to use. And using the app should work the first time.
