- EJEric JohnsonNov 25, 20251.0This has to be the worse experience ever I have ever encountered 6 weeks of no information no contact just plain bad business protocol Mr supervisor Keith gave me a false number to contact I’ve have it written down . Mind you he’s the shop manager upon drop off he let me know they were backed up due to short staff I’m pretty understandable guy no worries week one we missed our mark no call and update just a bad business protocol Mr protocol. So I visit them 48 hrs later patient and poised they have me wait in the conference room for 43 min until Mr Keith come out with more of the same bad news we haven’t looked at your rig just yet even apologize for the inconvenience i said ok can we try and set and actual potential time he says sure and says next tue im kinda disappointed but still I need of service. Mr Keith looks me dead in the eyes and says the following Tuesday at this point the rig has been here for a month no assistance so I’ve made another appointment with a reputable company make a appointment for the following Tue they are excited to assist me . So upon me going to pick up said rig I decided to go inside to see if they had done any work or if any money is owed which I kno it hasn’t but let me check for general purposes. Now I encounter Mr Shane he’s vey kewl poised guy excellent customer service Shane they don’t deserve you buddy you Guy were kewl each visit your counter parts not so much . Also the lady she kewl and the gentleman that look like the famous rapper heavy D . They’re the reason the experience wasn’t 100% horrible they were nice . The remainder staff just kinda looks at you as if you have no business in the building spending your hard earned money . Last m But not least the rig got fixed in 24 the other shop took exceptional care of me as a owner of fleet of 8 truck center in Troy I’ll is extremely professional place of business if your looking to continue to do business with you rig please don’t take it here they won’t even come out and apologize they kinda just look at you disgusting behavior for a business . Mr Shane if you ever need a job hit us up brother be well ps don’t go to Cummings on hall st save yourself a headache
