  I hope this message makes it to the manager and owner and all the top people at Ackerman. I would like to express my absolute and utmost satisfaction with my experience at Ackerman, due 100% to Peyton Bowen! I inquired about a Highlander and she was PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, and COURTEOUS, answering all of my questions in the most timely manner. She walked me through the purchase of this wonderful vehicle with grace, knowledge and skill. I am in my 60's and have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and THIS experience was by far the smoothest and easiest one. Even though I live in far West County (next to Hidden Valley, yes that far), I would not hesitate to come back to Ackerman, BECAUSE OF PEYTON. Thank you for this car buying experience!

  I worked with Randall Yu to purchase a 2023 Toyota GR86. If all sales service was as exceptional as Randall’s, the world would be a lot better off. He made the experience amazing from start to finish. Hospitable, Professional and Exceptional is how I would describe the service. We chatted on multiple occasions about cars unrelated to the car I was purchasing and it truly made me feel like a valued customer. If you’re in the market for a Toyota and in the STL area, ask for Randall Yu at Ackerman Toyota.

  Bought a new Camry last week. I wanted a specific model, interior and exterior color, packages and AWD. Our sales person was Ryan O'Leary. If you are buying a car ask for him. You won't need disappointed. We have Ryan the requirements. Ackerman did not have a car that met our wishes. Ryan informed us that they did have an AWD XLE and offered too pull it around for a text drive. Ryan answered all off our questions. Never pushy. He was always professional when answering our questions. During the process we changed our mind from gray interior to black. When I informed Ryan, he told use that Ackerman received a Camry matching our new requirements. After we purchased we met with Mike Keiser to discuss extended warranty. We had a time deadline. Mike explained eachoption and three cost. When we decided to decline an option, Mike did offer a reason why we might reconsider. It was the least stress car purchase that I ever made. We completed the process within our time constraint. If you are buying a car, Ackerman is a great option. If you choose Ackerman, ask for Ryan.
