  Took da Car here environment was weird why dis place empty only stayed cuz it was ran by browns felt like I was in my habitat only thing you all need is a plexi glass window selling newports and e&j and im home

  Had questions about my car and the person who answered was very rude and unhelpful and hung up on me. I would get someone else to answer the phone if you want a successful business.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased two brand new front tires, and both were defective — the first blew out within a week in a way the tow truck driver said he had never seen before, with the tire completely shearing from the sidewall. Despite having road hazard coverage, they tried to charge me full price until I pushed back. The second tire developed a bubble, and rather than honoring my coverage, they blamed a pothole and only offered 50% off. By the time taxes, installation, and disposal fees were added up, I paid $191 — nearly the same as the original $195 I paid for the tire itself. What's the point of road hazard protection if hidden fees eat up the entire discount? Two defective tires, two frustrating replacements, and zero accountability. I won't be returning.

  Came in for 2 rear tires. One of my wheels got scratched. Disappointed they dont care about customers vehicles. Also asked for my 2 old tires and they didnt give them to me. Wont be coming back

  They will lie to your face and over charge you, and waste hours of your day. Website said I could get the tires I selected done at 8:30. Showed up early to find out they dont even carry that brand. So the website lied. Figured okay their corporate office sucks. Until I found out the tires they told me they had in stock, we're in fact not in stock and the guy had to go get them from another location. Another lie, this time directly to my face. When they told me my brakes needed to be changed, there was no chance I would be doing it here. Their competition got my breaks installed in 30 minutes, had the tires I wanted, would have been cheaper and faster. There is a reason they are not busy. Make an appointment somewhere else. It is worth the wait.
