We had to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement… The manager, Ocean Williams, at Tire Choice was very helpful and accommodating to try to get this resolved as quickly as possible. She was very transparent and her team got the tire replaced quickly. She made light of an unpleasant situation with the rental car company.

Jim specially has always been very kind and always communicated well with me.

After I gave him all the info he said it would be full syn. Oil for $50. That would include the $15 off from car-x and I would get $20 from Val. I told him I would call back to set appointment. When I call back he ask for all my info on the car again and I gave it to him. He said again full syn. Oil. He said the oil change would be again $50, I scheduled an appointment. I brought my car back in and the bill was almost $117. I informed the person that I was told something else, and I told him the story above. Well come to find out the person behind the counter said this is the 2nd time he heard this story from another customer. This sounds like a bait and switch tactic. Yes I could have went someplace else but my schedule was based on this appointment and I was going out of town the next day. Get estimates in writing before you buy anything from hear.
