  Got a large nail in a rear tire they were very helpful immediately when we pulled up. They are very honest and let us know all the tires were horrible as they were with no tread at all. So they set us up with four new tires for the very next morning they made sure the spare was put on correctly and securely to get us home and back there the next morning safely. If you ever have an emergency you have no idea it was even coming make tire choice your first choice. Thanks guys!!

  I paid to have a tire pressure sensor replaced only to to find out from a different shop Tire Choice only installed a regular valve stem. I only had three tire pressure sensors and one normal valve stem. The manager denied I ever had the work done at tire choice, but luckily I keep all my receipts. Now I'm trying to get a refund after paying for a tire pressure sensor and only getting a valve stem. I went back to the store on Feb 24th 2026 and the manager told me he had to submit my claim and if it was accepted it would take 5 to seven business days to get a refund. Today is Mar 3rd 2026, I have not yet received my refund. I will call the store and check on my refund status, I'll update this review accordingly. Now I'm being told it will take 7-10 business days before I'll even know if I'm eligible for a refund. I'll never use Tire Choice, or any Monroe affiliated companies again.

  Updating...I had previously given a 4 star review with the downside being the fees. Over the past week I have noticed a shimmy. I took my car to my B-I-L to check it out, he is a master mechanic at a local dealership. I asked him to see what was causing the shimmy and check my brakes and rotors because Tire Choice told me I needed to replace them. I DO NOT need brakes and rotors and the shimmy was from the tires not being balanced.........Buyer BEWARE. 3.1.26 update ...Changing to 1 star. Your response does not take responsibility for not balancing the tires, which I was charged for and trying to sell me something I didn't need!!

  Brought in vehicle with check engine light on to have it diagnosed and repaired and safety and emissions waited 2 days for them to tell me they ran the safety and emissions and it failed... they did not complete the repair or let me know it was beyond there scope to repair an o2 sensor wire but still ran the safety and emissions knowing it would fail without the repair

  Was in MO on vacation and ended up getting a flat in my personal vehicle. Tire choice was open on sunday so we popped in there for a replacement. 280$ later I had a new tire, but about 2 hours on the road home, I noticed the lug nut key wasnt in my cupholder where I left it. Checked my glove box. Spare tire holder. I called the store and asked where my lug nut key was the tech said "he put it ontop of the car." And that they would look for it. They called back and couldnt find it and said to call back the next day or I could go to another Tire Choice and have them switch out all my lug nuts to non locking, except the nearest Tire choice is 2 hours away from me. I asked if they could find my key and ship it back to me. Except now I cant get an answer if they even found it or not. When I call they say "well call you back" and never do. The cheapest key i found on Amazon is 30$ and it has terrible reviews. So ill either have to drive 2 hours to get my lug nuts chanfed or fork out $40+ for a new key. Talk about a buzz kill.
