  I went here today cause I needed new tires on our jeep. I walked in at 1:00 asked them if they could get it done before 3 because our twin boys had their driving test at 3:00 in that vehicle,( I was not aware that the tires were that bad ) Anyway the nice gentleman behind the counter said he could make it happen AND HE DID !!! The tires had to be rushed to their location so it was a long shot I thought . They did it in less than two hours,from the moment I walked in .NOW THATS SERVICE PEOPLE!!!!!

  My daughter was trying to get an inspection. Her car failed for various reasons, but those reasons I asked for in writing, which for some reason could not be produced. I even spoke with the manager who told me he would email me the list/breakdown of what my daughter was told would cost 1550 (at my request) because I didn’t want to deal with hearsay just to be overcharged later. My daughter lives in STL but I don’t. I explained this to the manager and he was kind of rude. He told me what was wrong with the car but didn’t have a breakdown available, which I still never got. I just wanted to know how much each individual repair cost. I was actually going to let them fix it until I called and talked to them. But for some reason nobody could tell/show me. Don’t bring your car here if you value honesty.

  (Day before scheduled appointment) I had 4 tires delivered from Amazon. (March '25). After recieving a delivery confirmation from Amazon, I got a call from the shop to set up appointment since install had been paid through Amazon. I set up install for next day and dropped off the car for the next morning's appointment. (Day of appointment) I called mid afternoon to check on progress, and was told the tires hadn't arrived or the tech couldn't find them. I double checked the delivery, confirmed the address, and straightened that confusion out, since they were addressed to Auto Tire, the previous name of the location. I was told it would be done by the end of the day. (Day after appointment) I came in to pick up, went in to get keys and verify work was done, tires were on, and I was good to go. Got keys and receipt of work, and went to the car to admire. I could see immediately that no work had been performed even though car had been moved, and when I went in to tell them, I saw my 4 tire order stacked and clearly labeled in the bay. Gave back the keys, heard about the new guy was here alone and must have misread or thought it was already done. I was told it'll be done by end of the day. (2 days after appointment) Not having recieved a call, I contacted them the next morning and was told it'll be ready by noon, and it was. Once installed, they have a persistently slowly leaked, about 5 lbs a week. Recently, I had to replace a tire pressure monitoring stem, and realized none of the 4 were changed with the tire install. (Side note) All other work and has been excellent. I attribute that to it being performed by Crystal, and done on the spot instead of scheduled. The bad experience is attributed to low staffing, what seemed to be revolving employees, a miscommunication between shifts and reading comprehension.
