  The biggest financial mistake of my life. They sold us an absolute lemon. I bought the $16k evis outright, in full in the spring of 2023. When we got it, the headlights didn't work, the winch didn't work, and it had charging issues. Within two weeks, it had broken down completely and would no longer charge. I immediately asked to return the unit for a working one. I was told that tracker didn't do returns and they had the right to repair it while it was under warrenty. They picked it up and had it for three weeks. When they returned it, the winch still didn't work but because we needed this vehicle we bought for $16k for our farm, which is the reason we bought it in the first place, we just dealt with it. Well, winter rolls around and the second it gets below freezing, the thing breaks down in the middle of the field, the wheels even locked up so we couldn't even try to push it or tow it back to the house. This also left us with no way to feed or water our horses except to carry jugs of water by hand, three gallons at a time, across the field and wheelbarrows of hay one at a time in the biggest snow storm and cold snap of the year. Seriously screwing us over. We called tracker again, and again asked for a return or exchange. We were again told they would not do a return. Even though they sold us a defective product, they will do nothing about it. And you know what they told us? They said we should sell the utv to someone else. Yes, sell their broken utv to someone else, making it their problem, and getting no where near our money back. They are dragging their feet about repairing the thing, likely trying to draw it out until the warrenty is ended and then we are totally screwed. They took my money and gave me something that doesn't work and hasn't worked from the moment the dropped it off. It's criminal. I am now out $16k. And they won't do anything about it. DO NOT BUY FROM TRACKER, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

  Everyone here was so helpful. The gentleman when I walked in the door wanted me to sign up for a Bass pro shop Visa card but I decided not to. He was very friendly though and did not push at all. Counter help was very helpful. They solved a small problem I encountered. Two thumbs up!
