- BVBrian VelasquezApr 4, 20264.0They normally spray a pre-wash bug loosening solution on the windshield and grill that does a great job of helping remove the bugs. The young man didn't spray a drop of it on the grill or windshield. As a result they were not even close to clean. Being busy was not an excuse because there was NO ONE behind me at the time. I talked to one of the other attendants while I was vacuuming . He said he would talk to the other guy and I should run it through again. I did... but the second time was a different guy who did a great job of presoaking the drivers side of the windshield but not the passenger side nor the front of the hood. AND when I came out the Drivers side was good but not the rest. I pay a monthly subscription for FOUR vehicles. I like to keep my vehicles clean.
