  Not sure if their actual work quality, because no work has started, but in terms of communication, knowing their systems, timelines and customer service, it is not what I expect from the second largest body shop franchise in the country. My car has been there for four days and i have had to call twice, and even though I called, I still have no idea what the timeline is and neither do they. The vague answer of “soon” is the only thing i have to go on at this time. Hopefully next week I will get better information.

  Cannot recommend this place enough post MVA. They communicate amazingly well. I was out of town when vehicle repairs were completed and Matthew offered a drop off at my home. Hopefully I'm never involved in an accident again but, if I am, I will come straight back to Gerber. On a side note, my truck returned shinier than she was brand new. Class.
