As a long-term Enterprise customer, I have had many great experiences over the years — but my most recent interaction with Emily personally took things to an entirely new level and only deepened my loyalty to this company.     rude unhelpful workers, don’t bother booking online with them because they’ll tell you it won’t be ready for 6+ more hours after you reserved it, they won’t call you and let you know that either they’ll wait until you’re supposed to go on your trip! they scrambled my travel plans completely. after being a long term customer, this location has made sure i will never rent with enterprise ever again. i wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

    I made an appt for a car that was being paid for by another insurance company. I asked when I made the appointment for a larger vehicle, that I would pay the difference. On the day of the appt my mother passed and I canceled the appt. I call the main Enterprise number and made another appt for later in the week. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the employee told me I canceled and it was marked will call. I explained I made an appt. He continued to argue with me that I did not have an appt and that he would not have a vehicle until late afternoon. As we were leaving, another employee came to our car to ask why there was an issue. I explained again and this employee checked his Ipad and told me that "my husband had probably canceled the appt". I informed him that my husband passed 16 years ago so I doubted that happened, that their call center did not make the second appt. After finally obtaining a vehicle and returning it, Emily, the branch manager called to ask if I was happy. I explained no and why and she agreed that they needed to do some followup customer service training. She made the situation better by dealing with my charges. Enterprise as an overall company also needs to work on their call center that makes appts.

    Enterprise on Campbell has been great, if my wife deals with them but yesterday I went alone with full confidence that they would take care of me but the dude told me to do it on line and it would be easier. Easy for him im sure. I feel like part of it is that they never seem to have enough help and enough cars so I wanted to reserve early. But I'm not sure how I feel about the service I got this time. Was just one lady that walked in before me and one dude waiting on a car. Thats another thing. Plan on waiting for them to make a car ready. Bet people expect to just get in and out but like I said, short staffed and short on cars, but I was impressed with the service anyway, until yesterday. Hope to stay at Enterprise.
