- MMMaddalyn MansfieldDec 11, 20251.0its my first time here. im already extremely disappointed and they havent even touched my car yet. i have been waiting on them finish the ONE car in front of me for 45 minutes, and it appeared they were already mid oil change whenever i arrived. i typically go to "take 5" and im in and out in fifteen minutes max. i would have never imagined i would be sitting here for two hours for a drive through oil change. after an hour and a half, i needed to use the restroom which was in eye view. they refused to let me even when i was almost in tears telling them i was going to pee my pants, but because their "lobby was closed today" for no known reason, even though as i said it was within eye view and they were in and out of it every few minutes. after the wait time i dont feel like thats a ridiculous request, seemings i had no way to leave to use one elsewhere. my four year old in the car needed to go as well. they did not care. they did not reset my oil life maintenance indicator. and they put the wrong mileage on the sticker by 5000 miles! they also had no idea how many quarts of oil went into my car and had to make numerous phone calls to figure it out. it looked like one guy ended up googling it on his phone and went with that. i wont be back.
