They make you back up and let someone from a different line go in front of you, mind you yes there are 2 cars behind me waiting too, so everyone has to back up. Idk if it’s a new thing or if it’s just this location but this does seem to be super annoying and kinda a hassle honestly. And I do understand it’s like first come first serve but the line you pick it the line you pick. I don’t understand why making everyone back up and move like musical chairs to get your oil changed is beyond me. I’d recommend going to valvoline just not this location!!!
