- KDKathryn DouglasNov 5, 20251.0Went here with my significant other to get an oil change and a service done on his radiator. The people were sweet and polite and seemed to know what they were doing. Five minutes after we leave his engine temp gets high and his check engine light comes on. We pull over and look at the engine to find they had not replaced the coolant when they did the service to his radiator. If he was not so smart in the moment this could have had serious consequences for the engine and for us. Not bad people, or bad workers, but clearly a poorly done service which put us in a dangerous situation. Have not even gotten the email with his receipt yet to be able to attach or complete the survey. We won’t be going back.
