Oil all over the place from removing the filter, dripping in my driveway. Oil all over the engine compartment. Running down my exhaust. Front end is soaked. Drain plug dripping too. I get you have lots of volume at the shop and are in a hurry. Take pride in what you do and clean up stuff if you make a mess. I will handle the mess, educate your staff. Disappointed and will not return.
