As a business owner myself, I try and extend as much grace to businesses as possible, because I understand the pressure and things that we face in trying to stay on top of everything. Let me explain: I had my 2006 F250 truck there for a hot no start condition, and they said they would get to it within 2 weeks, and then after that I called them every 2 weeks and Rick always said it would be the next week. Took 5 months before I got the truck back with a new HPOP and oil cooler. I drove it for 1) month and it left me stranded with a hot no start condition, just like it was when I first brought it to them. Brought it back, and they said they would get to it within 2 weeks. Same story all over again, only this time it was more like 8 months, and every time I called he said "next week". I was very disappointed in how long it took them, and that they didn't keep their word on timing, but I know how it goes sometimes. So after over a year of sitting in their shop in total, they finally got it finished and it ran great (it was the injectors this time). They did not charge me any more then the going rate, even though I know they took a significant loss trying to diagnose it. So I am proud of them for not charging all that time, because I know that stinks because I do the same in my business and sometimes take a significant loss. This was the second truck I had there, and they did great on the first one, but I was just very disappointed with how long it took them, as I know they were putting it off. Trust me, i know how that goes. Anyway, I would go back to them again, and would recommend them, but it would come with a warning. They do great work, and I appreciate them doing the right thing in not charging more just because it took them so long.
