  Springfield Mo Airport location does not recognize my Elite Executive status. I don’t feel the cars options provided to me matched my status. I rented multiple times in the past 3 years and I know the National row with available cars. There were better cars available but the reps do not disclose them at counter. They give me choices of regular sedans with ZERO upgrade for my Elite Executive status. The reps did not even recognize the status verbally at the counter.. ALWAYS ! I will not rent from National at this location going forward.

  Not a fan of this rental location. You can’t choose your car out of the Emerald Isle as there isn’t one. The counter people decide for you. I was stuck with a small sedan after a snow storm. The car was buried in snow that I had to clean off and dig out. Granted it doesn’t snow here much but that was unacceptable.

  I only rent through National. Friendly staff, every time, streamlined process with checking in and out, competitive pricing. Points program and Emerald Isle where available is amazing. Keep raising the bar, National!

  Horrible. Enterprise (run by National here) canceled my rental the morning of and now I have to Uber 2 hours. Why would you let me book a car and confirm it if you don’t have them available? Unreliable company. The lady at the counter literally said they’re a bad company and I should use Hertz next time.
